Market Transformation Advisory Board (MTAB) Meeting – 10/25/24

This three-hour MTAB meeting will include part 2 of CalMTA’s Idea to Initiative educational campaign. Market transformation initiatives (MTIs) represent long-term efforts with high-value results. This MTAB meeting will provide a review of the market progress indicators for two MTI plans being developed — Room Heat Pumps and Induction Cooking. In addition, the CalMTA team will detail the inputs, sources and methods used to estimate the savings and benefits through market forecasts, Total System Benefits (TSB) and cost-effectiveness calculations, as well as cost estimates for the Induction Cooking and Room Heat Pump MTIs.

The agenda and MTAB packet materials will be posted on this webpage four days prior to the meeting date.

Please note that the registration link below will automatically register you for all the MTAB meetings listed below, most of which include Idea to Initiative presentations and discussion. If you register, you are not required to attend all sessions but registering will ensure you stay informed on the development of this first two MTI plans from CalMTA.
