This virtual Market Transformation Advisory Board (MTAB) meeting was held on March 5 from 1-4 p.m. The meeting agenda featured an overview of the draft 2026 Operations Plan and annual budget. This planning was updated based on requirements of the November 2025 CPUC Decision 25-11-023.

Other topics included a review of the Induction Cooking Market Transformation Initiative’s (MTI) revised total system benefit (TSB) and cost-effectiveness forecasts. This MTI is planned to be submitted for approval to the CPUC via an Advice Letter. We also discussed Appendix I of the Commercial Rooftop Units MTI Plan and resulting revisions. Appendix I represents a summary of MTAB member and public feedback on the initiative plan.
