Event Recap: Behind the Scenes at Gradient for Heat Pump Week

On Tuesday, April 14, the Gradient team hosted a fantastic Heat Pump Week “Behind the Scenes” event in partnership with CalMTA at Gradient’s manufacturing facility and lab in San Francisco, CA. The event offered a unique opportunity to see Gradient’s innovative 120V window-mounted heat pumps up close, including an engaging product demonstration led by CTO and Founder Vince Romanin.

CalMTA is grateful to everyone who joined us—the thoughtful questions, enthusiasm, and engagement made the day truly special and reinforced the strong potential of room heat pumps to lower barriers for multifamily retrofits. We’re thankful for the collaboration and conversations, and we look forward to building on this momentum as we advance practical electrification solutions for California’s clean energy future.
