Jeff began his career in the energy industry in 2001 and entered the market transformation field full time in 2015. At CalMTA, he leads the identification, development, and implementation of market transformation initiatives. His background includes evaluating emerging technologies, designing innovative programs, conducting market research, and participating in voluntary and federal standards processes.
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking through Oregon’s forests with his wife, cheering at one of his daughters’ sporting events, or continuing his long-running home renovation project—now entering its second decade.
