Nicole brings over 20 years of technical writing, editing, and training experience to CalMTA, where she supports reporting and communications. A former college English teacher, Nicole is an advocate of humans writing for humans, believing that informing and engaging a varied audience exercises our capacity for empathy and our commitment to inclusivity. When she’s not helping to share the stories of market transformation initiatives, Nicole enjoys traveling with her family, grappling with New York Times word puzzles, and performing with Bay Area world fusion dance group Esforço.
