Q1 2026 Activity Report Webinar

CalMTA continued to make substantial progress on market transformation initiative (MTI) development and operational milestones in the 1st quarter of 2026. In this webinar, the CalMTA team will share activities related to market transformation idea development, operations, financial status, and key outcomes including submission of the revised Induction Cooking MTI Plan to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) via a Tier 2 Advice Letter, release of the 2026 Operations Plan, and continuation of the Idea to Initiative education series for three initiatives nearing MTI Plan completion.

This webinar will be held Tuesday, April 28, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm PST.

CalMTA seeks to help meet California’s energy efficiency and decarbonization goals by accelerating adoption of energy-efficient products and practices through market transformation. Market transformation is a proven strategic process of intervening in a market to create lasting change.
